At Fearless Jewellery, transparency, security, and confidence are essential to the luxury experience we offer. Our payment and guarantee policy is designed to ensure a seamless purchasing process, with no hidden costs and complete peace of mind.
Prices & Duties (DDP Service)
All prices displayed on fearlessjewellery.com are expressed in EUR unless otherwise stated and include applicable taxes, customs duties, and import charges.
Fearless Jewellery operates on a Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) basis.
This means that no additional fees will be requested upon delivery, regardless of destination.
The price confirmed at checkout is the final price you pay.
Secure Payment
Payments are processed exclusively through trusted, encrypted payment platforms, using industry-standard security protocols to ensure the protection of all transactions.
At no time does Fearless Jewellery store, process, or have access to Customers’ full payment details.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following secure payment options:
- Credit and debit card payments via PayPal, with or without a PayPal account
- SUMUP card payments, processed securely via payment links that may be sent by email or mobile upon request
- SUMMO card payments, processed through secure payment links sent by email or mobile
- Bank wire transfer, with payment details provided upon request and subject to payment confirmation
The availability of certain payment methods may vary depending on the order value, destination, or transaction type. All applicable options are clearly communicated prior to payment.
Payment Confirmation
Orders are considered confirmed once full payment has been received and validated.
In the event of a pricing error or technical issue, Fearless Jewellery reserves the right to correct the price prior to payment confirmation. The Customer will be informed and may either accept the corrected price or cancel the order without obligation.
Guarantee & Quality Commitment
All Fearless Jewellery creations are crafted using precious metals and carefully selected materials, and undergo strict quality control before dispatch.
Each piece is covered by a two-year guarantee against manufacturing defects, effective from the date of delivery.
This guarantee does not cover:
- normal wear and tear
- damage caused by improper use, impact, or alteration
- loss or theft
Market Stability Commitment
Once an order has been confirmed and paid, the price of the jewellery is locked in.
Subsequent fluctuations in precious metal or gemstone markets will not affect the confirmed purchase price.
Fraud Prevention
Fearless Jewellery reserves the right to request additional verification or to cancel an order if fraudulent activity is suspected. Any payment collected in error will be refunded promptly.
