Terms & Conditions of Sale
1. Legal Information
The website accessible at www.fearlessjewellery.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) is published and operated by FEARLESS JEWELLERY, whose registered office is located at Sunny Acres, LC02 505, Castries, Saint Lucia, and registered with the Saint Lucian Government Registry under number 2020/B0708.
The Fearless Jewellery Online Boutique is the official online store for Fearless Jewellery luxury creations in precious metals.

2. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (the “Terms”) govern all purchases of jewellery products (the “Products”) made through the Website by any individual or legal entity (the “Customer”).
Placing an order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms, which are accessible at all times on the Website.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Parties and prevail over any other document or communication.
3. Products
Products offered on the Website are luxury jewellery creations crafted in precious metals and may include gemstones or other high-quality materials.
Product descriptions, visuals, and specifications are provided with the greatest possible accuracy. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, or the handcrafted nature of the Products.
4. Orders
Orders are placed online through the Website.
The Customer is responsible for verifying the accuracy of all information provided prior to order confirmation. Fearless Jewellery cannot be held responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information supplied by the Customer.
5. Prices
Prices are displayed in EUROS (EUR) unless otherwise stated.
All prices include:
- applicable taxes
- delivery costs
- insurance
- customs duties and import charges, where applicable
Fearless Jewellery operates on a Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) basis for all orders placed on the Website.
The price confirmed at checkout is the final price payable, with no additional charges due upon delivery.
6. Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of order confirmation.
Accepted payment methods include:
- Credit and debit cards via PayPal, with or without a PayPal account
- SUMUP card payments, processed via secure payment links sent by email or mobile
- SUMMO card payments, processed through secure payment links
- Bank wire transfer, with payment details provided upon request
Orders are confirmed only once payment has been received and validated.
Fearless Jewellery reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of suspected fraud or payment irregularity.
7. Order Confirmation
Upon receipt of payment, the Customer will receive an order confirmation email.
A separate shipping confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent once the order has been dispatched.
8. Delivery
Processing Time
- In-stock items are generally dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Made-to-order or customized jewellery requires production time, typically 2 to 6 weeks, depending on complexity.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on destination and are provided as estimates:
- Europe: approximately 2–5 working days
- United States: approximately 5–8 working days
- Rest of the world: approximately 7–12 working days
Delays caused by customs inspections, weather conditions, peak seasons, or circumstances beyond our control cannot be attributed to Fearless Jewellery.
9. Right of Withdrawal & Returns
Standard Jewellery
The Customer may request a return within 7 days of receipt of the Product.
Returned items must be:
- unused and unworn
- in their original condition
- returned with all original packaging
Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect.
Customized & Made-to-Order Jewellery
Due to their personalized nature, customized or made-to-order jewellery is non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the event of a confirmed manufacturing defect.
10. Refunds
Refunds are processed using the original payment method once the returned Product has been received and inspected.
Refund processing may take up to 7 business days, with additional time depending on the Customer’s bank or payment provider.
11. Guarantee
All Fearless Jewellery creations are covered by a two-year guarantee against manufacturing defects, effective from the date of delivery.
The guarantee does not cover:
- normal wear and tear
- damage resulting from improper use or impact
- unauthorized modifications or repairs
- loss or theft
12. Retention of Title
Ownership of the Products remains with Fearless Jewellery until full payment has been received.
13. Liability
Fearless Jewellery shall not be held liable for indirect damages, including loss of profit or data.
The Company cannot be held responsible for delays or failures caused by force majeure or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
14. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including texts, images, designs, and logos, is the exclusive property of Fearless Jewellery and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Any reproduction or use without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.
15. Modifications
Fearless Jewellery reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The applicable version is the one in force at the time of the Customer’s order.
16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by applicable European consumer protection principles, where relevant, and by the laws applicable to international commercial transactions.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution shall be sought prior to any legal proceedings.
