Design & Production Process

Every custom jewellery project follows a structured process:

1. Initial Consultation
   We discuss your ideas, inspirations, materials, gemstones, timeline, and budget.
2. Design Development
   Sketches and/or digital renderings (CAD) are created to define proportions, structure, and details.
3. Validation & Approval
   Production begins only after final design approval and payment confirmation.
4. Crafting
   Your piece is handcrafted using precious metals and selected stones, following strict quality standards.

Private Consultation

For clients who wish to discuss their project in greater depth, private remote consultations are available by appointment.

We offer one-to-one video consultations via WhatsApp, FaceTime, or other secure video platforms, allowing us to connect personally, explore your vision, and guide you through the bespoke process — wherever you are in the world.

Appointments are arranged upon request and subject to availability.

Production Time

Custom jewellery requires dedicated production time.

• Production generally ranges from 2 to 6 weeks, depending on complexity, materials, and gemstone sourcing.
• Certain highly intricate projects may require additional time, which will be communicated clearly in advance.

Pricing & Payment

Custom jewellery pricing is established based on:

• design complexity
• metal type and weight
• gemstone selection
• craftsmanship requirements

Once the design and quote are approved, full payment is required prior to production.

Prices confirmed at the time of order are locked in and will not be affected by subsequent market fluctuations in precious metals or gemstones.

Delivery, Duties & Taxes (DDP Service)

All custom jewellery orders placed on fearlessjewellery.com are shipped on a Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) basis.

This means:

• All applicable taxes, customs duties, and import charges are included
• No additional fees are required upon delivery
• Your piece is delivered securely and discreetly to your address

Tracking information is provided once the piece has been dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personalized nature of bespoke creations:

Custom and made-to-order jewellery is non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the event of a confirmed manufacturing defect.

This policy ensures fairness, transparency, and respect for the craftsmanship involved in creating a one-of-a-kind piece.

Quality & Guarantee

All custom Fearless Jewellery creations are crafted using precious metals and high-quality materials and undergo thorough inspection before dispatch.

Custom pieces are covered by the same two-year guarantee against manufacturing defects, effective from the date of delivery.
