Delivery
Worldwide Delivery
We ship internationally to most destinations. All orders are prepared with care and dispatched securely once payment has been confirmed.
Customs Duties & Taxes
For orders placed on fearlessjewellery.com, all prices include applicable taxes, customs duties, and import charges.
This means there are no additional fees to pay upon delivery, regardless of destination.
Fearless Jewellery operates on a Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) basis to ensure a seamless and worry-free luxury experience.
Order Processing & Dispatch
- In-stock items are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Made-to-order or customized jewellery requires production time, generally ranging from 2 to 6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design.
If an order includes multiple items, shipment will occur once all pieces are ready, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination and are provided as a guideline:
- Europe: approximately 2–5 working days
- United States: approximately 5–8 working days
- Rest of the world: approximately 7–12 working days
While we take every measure to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by exceptional circumstances (customs inspections, weather conditions, or peak seasons) remain beyond our control.
Returns & Right of Withdrawal
Standard Jewellery
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must:
- be unused and unworn
- be in their original condition
- be returned with all original packaging
Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Customized & Made-to-Order Jewellery
Due to the personalized nature of these creations, customized or made-to-order jewellery is non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the event of a manufacturing defect.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a confirmed manufacturing defect or error on our part.
For approved returns, instructions and the return address will be provided by email.
Refunds
Once a return is approved and received, refunds are processed using the original payment method.
Please note:
- Refund processing may take up to 7 business days from receipt
- Bank or card issuer processing times may extend beyond this timeframe
