A tracking number is provided once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to follow your delivery at every stage.
Customs Duties & Taxes (DDP Service)
Fearless Jewellery ships on a Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) basis.
This means:
- All applicable taxes, customs duties, and import charges are included in the price paid at checkout
- No additional fees are required upon delivery
- Your order is delivered directly to you, without administrative burden
Order Processing Time
Processing begins once payment has been confirmed.
- In-stock jewellery is typically prepared and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days
- Made-to-order or customized jewellery requires production time, generally ranging from 2 to 6 weeks, depending on design complexity and craftsmanship requirements
If an order includes multiple items, shipment will occur once all pieces are ready, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Estimated Delivery Times (After Dispatch)
Delivery times are provided as estimates and may vary depending on destination:
- Europe: approximately 2–5 working days
- United States: approximately 5–8 working days
- Rest of the world: approximately 7–12 working days

Delivery Address & Signature
Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout.
For security reasons, a signature may be required upon delivery, depending on destination and order value.
