♦ Delivery times include the time to prepare and ship your order to your home.
♦ All of our packages are shipped within residential and professional premises with FedEx.
The delivery of your package is made to your home against signature. Due to current freight overload caused by covid-19, we may choose another express postal service other than FedEX such as UPS or DHL. In the event that we choose to do so, we will inform you before shipping.
When will my order be shipped?
♦ The stock status for each item is displayed under the “Add to Cart” button and also when an item is placed in your shopping cart. Once you have validated your order, A package number is emailed to you as soon as your order is shipped so that you can track its delivery. This parcel number is also permanently available in your customer account.
♦ In-stock orders placed on evenings, weekends, or major holidays are shipped within 48 hours during business days. Orders that are not in stock are shipped within 10 working days from our warehouse after manufacture..
♦ Unless instructed otherwise, multiple item orders are held until all items are in stock. If you have placed a multiple item order and wish to have us ship the in-stock items immediately, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
If you have already placed an order, you can check the status and delivery time using our order status utility which can be accessible on your customer account.
♦ Please note that because of the current pandemic, there could be a delay for shipping and delivery time based on the availability of some raw materials.
For all custom made jewellery, the process between designing and manufacturing can take from 4 to 8 weeks before delivery, we ask that you be patient with us during this time.
♦ The estimation for delivery time mentioned below are based on usual times but are not guaranteed:
Departure from SAINTE-LUCIA – UNITED STATES: 2 to 5 working days.
Departure from SAINTE-LUCIA – EUROPE: 3 to 6 working days.
Departure from SAINTE-LUCIA – ASIA: 4 to 7 working days.
Departure from SAINTE-LUCIA – AFRICA: 5 to 8 working days.
Departure from SAINT-LUCIA – AUSTRALIA, rest of the world: 6 to 9 working days.
♦ Delivery times do not include the time required by customs for processing shipments (Norway, Switzerland and several EU territorial regions, including Monaco, San Marino, Liechtenstein and the Channel Islands).
♦ For shipments to remote areas and islands, the delivery time may be extended.
♦ To meet the above deadlines, it is necessary that your consignments outside the Benelux are collected separately.
♦ In most countries, FedEx home delivery now delivers every day of the week to most residential customers on Saturdays and on Sundays at no additional cost. Please contact your nearest FedEx location to explore this possibility.

♦ If a package is shipped Next Day Air on Friday, it will not arrive until Monday. If a package is shipped 2nd Day Air on Friday, it will not arrive until Tuesday. The day of shipment and weekends are not considered as a transit day. All packages sent using FedEX are subject to FedEX Terms and Conditions of Service.
