Order tracking

♦ All products leave our warehouse within 2-3 working days from the order confirmation. 

♦ Time of delivery depends on the stock availability at the time of the order.  For a successful order tracking, once your order has been shipped, we will send out a notification to the email address that you provided during the checkout process. This email includes the tracking code of the parcel and instructions about the tracking process. 

♦ All shipping is handled by FEDEX in collaboration with the National Post service of the country of destination.
